We

Department of Mo-Bay Restaurant.
The restaurant has successfully completed it’s
fifth year of operation as a boutique, destination
restaurant within the Fort Greene area.
The restaurant has become known for its freshly,
exotic soul and Caribbean cuisine, while the catering
department chefs are expert at many fine national cuisines
including Italian, French, Asian, Tex-Mex, Greek, Cuban,
Spanish and Cajun. We
are proud of our sizable quality catering staff which
expands to fit the occasion having served parties as large
as 1,500 and as small as 20 people.
The catering clientele has varied including church
anniversary dinners, political fundraising dinners and
cocktail parties, holiday
office luncheons or cocktail parties, weddings,
bachelorette parties, closing luncheons and diners, union
local gatherings, office openings and charity benefits.
In
addition to special event catering we would like to discuss
our corporate catering departments daily catering
option.
This is a service that provides daily luncheon or
dinner service to investment banking houses, newsrooms or
other corporate settings where employees don’t have the
flexibility or desire to dine away from the office.
Productivity increases, which have been reported by
our clients alone cover the modest cost of a corporate lunch
program, to say nothing of increased employee job
satisfaction. We
have included examples of actual weekly menus for your
perusal.
